“Matthew and the team were amazing. They are a brand new (3 month) operation but you wouldn’t know it. Super professional, driver was early for pickup. They do a great job explaining the roles of the trainers and facts about the elephants, also answering all questions we had. We were able to take photos and feed the elephants.
