The website itinerary described the “Palm Beach Club is a unique entertainment complex on a private beach, combining pristine nature with modern entertainment. When we arrived, the island was dirty with debris and the water was gray which was impossible to swim and enjoy. The island was not well kept and condition was not described was not accurate. The islands, snorkeling, beaches, and lunch were spectacular!! So many fish during snorkeling….they were eating out of my hand. The onboard toilet was available, but many opportunities on shore because you can’t really use the toilet onboard while the boat is bouncing over the waves at 40-50 miles per hour. The lunch was fantastic! These people made only drawback….it was supposed to be small group of 20 people, but we had 28 on our boat….it still wasn’t crowded,…”
